• 讓每一個人，特別是弱勢族群婦女，都有取得安全且負擔的起的飲用水的公平管道以及享有妥善的衛生服務。
• 解決水饑荒問題，包含永續的淡水供應與回收、減少各種形式的水汙染、提昇產業的水使用效率，並全面實施一體化的水資源管理與跨界合作。
• 擴大支援包含回收再使用、水效率、鹽水與廢水處理等水與衛生合作與能力培養，並從地方社區的參與改善水與衛生的管理。
• 以妥善政策與實際跨國合作保護及恢復跟水有關的生態系統。

Why we measure

Without water we can’t live. Water supports out agriculture and aquaculture. Clean water is vital. However, due to bad economics or poor infrastructure, millions of people including children die every year from diseases associated with inadequate water supply, sanitation and hygiene. We are exploring how universities ensure access to water and sanitation for all.
