施工位置：綠能大樓前至工科館之間道路（詳見附件施工範圍圖）
施工時間：115年4月28日（週二）至 115年5月12日（週二）止
施工原因：
1. 辦理校區改壓工程，需進行地下電纜線佈設與管路開挖作業。
2. 施工期間將有大型機具進場，屆時將進行部分道路封鎖或交通管制，請行經該路段之師生配合現場交管人員引導，或提早改道行駛，以維交通安全。
3. 有關施工事宜除透過本電子郵件通知外，並於施工區域周邊及鄰近館舍出入口張貼公告。施工期間所造成之通行不便與環境噪音，尚祈全校師生海涵並予配合。
4. 本次公告之結束時間為預估時間。實際恢復通行時間將視當日施工進度而定。
提早完工：將不另行通知，逕行移除圍籬並恢復交通。
遇困難延遲：若開挖過程遇地下管線複雜或天候因素影響，完工時間可能稍作順延。
5. 施工期間產生的噪音與震動在所難免，如鄰近館舍、實驗室有安排重要會議或教學活動，請務必審慎評估施工噪音之影響並預作備案。
工程期間各項設施之封閉，確實會造成諸多不便，敬請 關單位與師生體諒見諒。

Construction Notice: Road Excavation in front of the Green Energy Building
Location: Road segment from the front of the Green Energy Building to the Engineering Science Building (see attached site map).
Duration: From Tuesday, April 28, 2026, to May 12, 2026.
Reason for Construction：
1. Campus Voltage Conversion Project: Excavation and underground cabling work are required for the campus-wide voltage upgrade.
2. Traffic Control: Heavy machinery will be operating on-site. Partial road closures or traffic diversions will be implemented. For your safety, please follow the instructions of traffic personnel or take alternative routes in advance.
3. Public Notice: In addition to this email, notices will be posted around the construction site and at nearby building entrances. We ask for your patience regarding the transit inconvenience and environmental noise during this period.
4. Schedule Estimates: The completion date is an estimate. The actual time for reopening the road will depend on the construction progress.
Early Completion: Fences will be removed and traffic restored immediately without further notice.
Unforeseen Delays: Completion may be slightly delayed due to complicated underground utility lines or adverse weather conditions.
5. Noise and Vibration: Construction-related noise and vibration are unavoidable. If nearby buildings or laboratories have scheduled important meetings or instructional activities, please carefully assess the potential impact and prepare contingency plans.
