Dr Way Kuo is one of the distinguished alumni in the College of Nuclear Science. He graduated from the Department of Nuclear Engineering at NTHU in 1972. He is the dean of the College of Engineering, The University of Tennessee at Knoxville, USA. Recently, he has been appointed to be the president at City University of Hong Kong(CityU).
